您好!據(jù)悉近期美國海關(guān)將會全地區(qū)性的100%抽查亞馬遜進口貨物，相關(guān)情況已得到電商平臺和網(wǎng)絡確認，以下是來自alibaba公告。
主要查驗的范圍如下：
查驗地區(qū)：美國全地區(qū)性100%查驗
收貨地址：亞馬遜倉庫
貨物范圍：申報價值在USD 800以下
目前此查驗情況，導致美國當?shù)爻霈F(xiàn)快遞派送延遲或于貨倉扣留的情況，需客戶提供有效的進口商資料（即收件人處理清關(guān)）進行清關(guān)處理。另外，美國當?shù)厍郎虝?lián)系美國進口商核實商品價值，并保留追收關(guān)稅的權(quán)利。
為確保貨物可以盡快完成清關(guān)派送，請各位客戶注意，發(fā)票請如實申報品名數(shù)量、海關(guān)編碼、品牌型號、貨物價值，目前針對這一現(xiàn)象如貨物無任何問題只需要提供美國進口商信息即可處理。
美國當?shù)睾ｊP(guān)查驗的持續(xù)時間不確定，我們會持續(xù)關(guān)注進展，后續(xù)如有更新敬請及時關(guān)注平臺公告。
關(guān)于800USD以下免稅相關(guān)規(guī)定參考如下:
§ 10.151 Importations not over $800.
Subject to the conditions in § 10.153 of this part, the port director shall pass free of duty and tax any shipment of merchandise, as defined in § 101.1 of this chapter, imported by one person on one day having a fair retail value, as evidenced by an oral declaration or the bill of lading (or other document filed as the entry) or manifest listing each bill of lading, in the country of shipment not exceeding $800, unless he has reason to believe that the shipment is one of several lots covered by a single order or contract and that it was sent separately for the express purpose of securing free entry therefor or of avoiding compliance with any pertinent law or regulation.
請各客戶知悉并相互轉(zhuǎn)告。另再作強調(diào)，請發(fā)貨人在寄運貨物前嚴格審核隨貨文件申報的正確性，我司交寄服務商前不予查核，如由于隨貨發(fā)票申報價值低報等原因，造成貨物清關(guān)問題、關(guān)稅以及其他清關(guān)費用，我司將直接向發(fā)件人加收，且服務商帳單無期限的限制，所有費用均以服務商帳單為準。
